The series are indeed of unequal quality and, even if they each complete the Star Wars universe in their own way, they are not all essential. What to expect with this new Star Wars series?

Difficult for the moment to locate Ahsoka among the other Disney spin-offs, without having seen the series. Still, the subject, as well as its main character already played by Rosario Dawson in a few episodes of The Mandalorian And The Boba Fett Book, make you really want. Especially since it’s Dave Filoni, already a director on the series Star Wars: The Clone Warsand considered by many to be the heir to George Lucas, who dons the showrunner cap on Ahsoka.

AlthoughAhsoka takes place during the same period as The Mandalorian, many flashbacks will involve Anakin Skywalker, still played by Hayden Christensen. The series will also see the arrival of the character Grand Admiral Thrawn, an iconic villain of the post-Darth Vader era, for the first time on screen in the flesh.
