where will it be required? Which tests will be accepted? The questions posed by its extension

“We must move towards the vaccination of all French people, because it is the only way to return to normal life” : Emmanuel Macron announced, Monday, July 12, that vaccination against Covid-19 would become compulsory for healthcare staff, and that the health pass would be extended this summer in order to slow the progression of the Delta variant of Covid-19 in France. These measures to strengthen immunization will be applied in several stages.

From July 21, the health pass will be compulsory from the age of 12 to access places of leisure and culture accommodating more than 50 people. At the beginning of August, the health pass will be extended to restaurants, cafes, sports halls, shopping centers, long-distance trains and coaches, hospitals, and in nursing homes.

At the start of the school year, vaccination will accelerate in schools, and nursing staff will have until September 15 to be vaccinated. The bill on compulsory vaccination of caregivers will also be presented to the Council of Ministers on July 19, and examined in the wake of the National Assembly for final adoption set before the end of the month.

In which places exactly will the health pass be required? Who will be responsible for verifying that employees have an up-to-date health pass or recent negative test?
