Which SCPIs offer the best returns?

A very accessible investment

The proof, the SCPIs recorded last year a collection of 7.4 billion euros, a leap of 22% over one year. It must be said that SCPIs are much more accessible than direct rental investment. 1 – Iroko Zen

On the first place of the podium, we find Iroko Zen with an annual return of 7.1%. This diversified SCPI has 38 active spread over various European countries including 24 in France, 10 in Spain and one in Germany. It focuses on generational, digital and demographic transitions by investing in logistics with the rise of e-commerce, but also in healthcare buildings and food shops. 2 – Corum Origin

4 – Heart of Regions

In fourth place, we find Cur de Rgions with a yield of 6.43% last year, very close to that of Novaxia Neo. This SCPI created by Sogenial Immobilier in 2018 is currently made up of 29 active of offices, business and commercial premises located exclusively in France. It favors the most dynamic areas and secure leases over long periods. 5 – Atlantic Stone 1

Atlantique Pierre 1 of the management company Fiducial Grance takes fifth place in this 2021 list of SCPIs. It obtained a yield of 6.16% which was paid to its nearly 1,500 associates. Its real estate investments are mainly located in the regions and in Ile-de-France. Its assets consist of offices and commercial premises.

6 -Corum Euroion

Double cup for Corum in this Top 10 since sixth place is Corum Eurion with a yield of 6.12%. It is the third SCPI in the Corum L’pargne range, launched in 2020.
