“Whitelist” error appears on Warzone and confuses players

A new error named “Whitelist” has started appearing on Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific for some players, puzzling many of them.

A good number of Warzone players were unable to log into the game after the mid-season update. While trying to enter the game, some players were blocked due to the “Whitelist Failure” error.

In the past, we often talked about Whitelist because fans thought that streamers were put in groups to allow them not to be banned or to fall into easier games than others. That being said, players are now asking new questions on the subject that has long been burning.

There have already been numerous issues on Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific.

While some are already saying that this problem proves that whitelists for streamers exist, others deny these accusations.

“A new error that mentions “WHITELIST FAILURE” is appearing for players trying to play Warzone.”

As you can see from the screenshot in the tweet above, this error is preventing players from playing the battle royale. The exact error code is XX-1036F.

But something interesting has been revealed about the “Whitelists”.

“All players must be ‘whitelisted’ to be allowed to access the servers. It looks like some players from certain regions have been kicked out with the new update. And there are features like that for custom match tournaments.”

The region most affected by the problem seems to be Europe. We hope it hasn’t affected you and that you can still play Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific peacefully!
