Professor of economics by training, at 31, Carlos Martens Bilongo became a deputy in June 2022 during the Mélenchonist wave. This weekend, his former opponent and former mayor of Sarcelles, François Pupponi, reveals a video, addressed to him, in which we see him in the company of his friend Nabil Koskossy, organizer of a demonstration which degenerated into an anti-Semitic riot in Sarcelles in 2014. At the time, Jewish-owned shops were set on fire, accompanied by anti-Semitic slogans.

Old photos of the rebellious deputy supporting the Millî Görüs association have resurfaced. This association, led by the Turkish president, which aims to establish political Islam in Europe has been described as “contrary to the values ​​of the Republic” by Gabriel Attal.
