It’s a waking dream that Marion Marimoutou has been living since last Saturday. The 18-year-old young woman, originally from Saint-André, has just been elected Miss Reunion and succeeded Dana Virin. She thus joins the Miss France 2023 promotion, which is gradually being completed. Indeed, other Miss have already obtained their pass for the next election: Indira Ampiot, elected Miss Guadeloupe 2022, Cameron Vallière, Miss Languedoc or even Chiara Fontaine, elected Miss Roussillon 2022.
Being much more than a physical, the young 18-year-old Reunionese touched the committee with the help ofa sincere and committed discourse in favor of social inequalities : “If I am elected, it would be an opportunity to shine the colors of my island and make you proud. Each year, my relatives and I participate in the distribution of meals to the most deprived people and those who are in the need. Exchange and mutual aid are part of my daily life”she said.

The 18-year-old, although very young, is already experienced and has many projects in mind. Currently first year social science studentMarion Marimoutou would like to become an SES teacher (Economic and Social Sciences), in addition to its commitment to the poor.
