Since the beginning of December, HSBC ATMs have been out of service. A situation which continues in this month of January. Unable to provide more information regarding the return date to normal, the CCF has confirmed that withdrawals from other banks are free.
Individual customers of HSBC bank have changed banks. It is My Money Group, under the Crdit commercial de France (CCF) brand, which now manages banking products and services since January 1.
Following this change, HSBC customers received a new IBAN in December as well as a new identifier to connect to their brand new online customer area, accessible since the afternoon of January 2. Some customers experienced some difficulty connecting. The CCF, however, confirmed that all customers had access to their bank accounts on the website and the mobile application.

On the other hand, the 400 HSBC distributors have no longer been accessible since the beginning of December. The management of My Money Group confirmed to Parisian that it will take time, but they will all reopen. We are changing service provider. In the meantime, customers can withdraw from any other bank. Contacted by MoneyVox, the CCF specified that withdrawals are free in other banks during the time of unavailability.
Other services are still not operational. In December, HSBC announced that no revision of codes and modification of bank card limits will be possible until January 10. Furthermore, the HSBC branches are closed until this Wednesday, January 3 and the placing stock market orders was also interrupted between December 27 and this Wednesday, January 3.
