Why bank card withdrawals are free for HSBC CCF customers

Individual customers of HSBC bank have changed banks. It is My Money Group, under the Crdit commercial de France (CCF) brand, which now manages banking products and services since January 1.

Following this change, HSBC customers received a new IBAN in December as well as a new identifier to connect to their brand new online customer area, accessible since the afternoon of January 2. Some customers experienced some difficulty connecting. The CCF, however, confirmed that all customers had access to their bank accounts on the website and the mobile application.
