There is a simple reason for this: Google will end support for its Chrome browser in February 2023 on Windows 7 and Windows 8. On this date, the Mountain View company will no longer publish any security updates for its browser, except of course on Windows 10 and 11 versions. The notification is thus intended to alert users for their own safety, but it can quickly become invasive.
