" Last April Mylène Demongeot told in the columns of West France, having been hospitalized in an emergency with 40 ° C of fever at the Laval hospital in Mayenne, near her home.

"I was somewhere between life and death "

When she has just emerged from peritoneal cancer, doctors are reluctant to intubate her and put her in intensive care. “They put me in a bed and there, the doctors were quite pessimistic. In fact, they didn't see me spending the week. I was somewhere between life and death […]. I was taken down to the scanner to explain to me that my lungs were in a terrible state… ”

Supported by the nursing staff, she fights following the protocol designed by Pr Raoult. After a long month of rehabilitation to strengthen the muscles of her legs, Mylène Demongeot explains: I almost died, but I'm fine. I'm still weak on the immune system, so I have to be very careful. I am going to return to Paris these days to resume filming my film and I will wear a mask… ”.
