Why Philippe Lelièvre especially does not want to return to the “Star Academy”

Solene Delinger

In an interview with “Télé 7 Jours”, Philippe Lelièvre said he would never participate in the “Star Academy” again. While the singing show made a comeback on TF1 last year, the actor preferred to turn the page for a very good reason…

The early fans of the star Academy are likely to be disappointed: Philippe Lelièvre, emblematic teacher of the first seasons of tele-hook, indeed made it known in an interview with TV 7 Days that he would never return to teach theatrical expression to the young students of the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys. If he has not been contacted by the production of TF1 for the great return of the star Academy on the front page, Philippe Lelièvre knows what he would have answered: “I would have refused if that had been the case (note: if he had been contacted). I have always liked to transmit and star Academy was a fabulous experience but I will never go back”.

“This show has me a little leaden…”

Philippe Lelièvre, who can be found in Trainee next Tuesday, September 12 on France 3had a lot of trouble breaking away from his image as a “teacher of StarAc“. Very popular after his participation in the show, in 2005, 2006 then 2008, Philippe Lelièvre saw doors close… “If this show made me much more popular in the eyes of the public, it also a little leaden vis-à-vis the job. But I don’t spit on it at all. I have very good memories of it, like a beautiful story which is now over”, he explained to our colleagues from 7 Days TV.
