A witness told the “Krone” that the suspect was up to mischief in a shop in the station hall. But an employee noticed him and sounded the alarm. The man ran towards the exit. A number of passers-by who had observed the incident intervened. As soon as the suspect had passed through the electronic sliding door, he was held by several people and – since he evidently resisted vigorously – was wrestled down and pinned to the ground. Shortly thereafter, the police arrived. Two patrol officers took care of the suspect.
