The opening of Willi Herrens Food Truck was obviously a complete success. But the great rush called the regulatory office on the scene.

Willi Herren (45, “Lindenstrasse”) suffered from the pandemic last year like all of his musician colleagues: performances were canceled and there was no income. But instead of waiting idly for better times, Herren has opened up a new field of business. The singer has bought a food truck and is now frying potato pancakes. But the opening of his “Willi Herren’s Rievkoochebud” on Friday (April 16) in Cologne called the public order office into action.

Because: In addition to numerous prominent supporters such as Cora Schumacher (44), Aurelio Savina (43) or Mike Heiter (28), the event naturally also attracted numerous other guests who wanted to taste the potato dish. Far too much rush for the regulatory office, that according to “image” threatened with the dissolution of the event, the participants would not adhere to the applicable corona rules.

But a spokesman for Willi Herren’s organization team assured the newspaper: “All those present were tested in advance. The public order office took note of all these facts, checked them against each other and only reassured itself on site during their daily routine visit.”
