Fans of “The Crown” can look forward to it. Now they finally find out what Prince William and Prince Harry will look like in the fifth season of the hit series. But is the similarity satisfactory?

The new episodes of the fifth “The Crown” season are currently being shot near London. Now the first set images of Prince William, 39, and Prince Harry, 36, have appeared – and of the child actors Timothee Sambor, 11 (William), and Teddy Hawley, 7 (Harry),who embodied the duo of brothers in their younger years. The hair colors are already right, but do the kids really look like the real prince?

“The Crown” set pictures reveal: This is what Harry and William look like

The first pictures of the award-winning Netflix epic revealed what Prince Charles, 72, (played by Dominic West, 51) and Princess Diana, † 36, (played by Elizabeth Debicki, 31) look like. Now it was Harry and William’s turn.

The background of the recording is a scene from the 1990s: Charles, Diana, William and Harry are at the British airfield “Dunsfold Aerodrome” and want to fly to Italy together. The family idyll already seems to be in pieces here; the divorce should take a thematic focus in the new episodes.

William and Harry: How well are you hit?

What stands out: Again, Diana is visually well made. Her shy look, which her predecessor actress Emma Corrin, 25, had already rehearsed perfectly, is also true. It all looks a little different with Charles. Dominic West’s face does not resemble that of the heir to the throne in the same way. But the child actors make up for that. The red-haired Harry is particularly well hit. The William actor also resembles the real prince.

Season five of “The Crown” will take place entirely in the 1990s. The focus should be on Diana’s and Charles’ disputes, the scandal over the marriage breakdown and the public war of the Roses, Williams and Harry’s handling of all of this. The TV journey, which will certainly be emotional for Royal fans, should be shown on the streaming platform in 2022.
