Win festival passes – Soon in Vienna: Ottakringer Vinyl & Music Festival

Just in time for the easing of the measures and the lifting of the curfew, the “Vinyl & Music Festival” in the Ottakringer brewery is going into its fifth round on March 5th and 6th. For the first time with an outdoor stage and a massive programme. In addition, we are giving away 3×2 festival passes for the musical event highlight.

The world is flat, at least on March 5th and 6th in the Ottakringer brewery in Vienna. Because there – in time for the curfew and most of the Corona rules – after a one-year pandemic break, the “Vinyl & Music Festival” will take place for the fifth time. A feast for all musicians, industry people and music lovers, because the unique mix of music sales exhibition, record exchange, indie label market and live performances means there really is something for everyone. Or as organizer Till Philippi sums up the event with a wink: “A festival for your ears and crazy sound.” Around 150 national and international exhibitors, record shops, record companies, instrument makers, musicians, DJs, food trucks and poster artists leave the event in Ottakring for two days to become Austria’s musical navel. Under the motto “bringing together what belongs together”, a colorful program is perfect for devoting yourself to music, networking, or simply escaping the dreary everyday life. For the first time there will be an outdoor stage for the small anniversary, on which the Viennese rock band Eazy, Amanda from Graz and the Italians Hand Of Juno will cause enthusiasm. Sunday is all about the label of beatboxer Fii, who will also perform himself. At the end, Matho & Vienna Dancehall Orchestra do the honors. There are also many DJs such as Rokko Ramirez, “Austria’s toughest DJ in the world”. In addition, no fewer than 14 Austrian record companies present themselves and their artists. A jukebox and a play lounge with music pinball machines and arcade games provide additional fun. The opening times are Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The FFP2 mask requirement applies indoors without exception. Otherwise the Covid prevention measures valid in Vienna on March 5th. The festival pass and the individual day tickets are available at www.oeticket.com. In addition, we are giving away 3×2 festival passes including vouchers for coffee on site and a pack of “Schwarzes Gold” each (exclusive coffee from “Kaffee Campus Krems” for the festival). All that remains is to hope for pleasant temperatures and good weather for outdoor activities. You can take part here:
