In a study, the "Coravin" wine trade surveyed 2,000 Americans who first stated their wine preference and finally revealed their characteristics. Finally a personality test to our taste! And in fact the results showed some different traits between the white and red wine drinkers.

Are you a red wine lover? Then, according to the study, you are more introverted. But that doesn't mean that you belong to the boring (vine) variety. On the contrary, those who often commit themselves to red wine should be adventurous. But: As a member of "Team Rot" you also like to let the spit hang out. You have a penchant for jazz music and would rather be one of those wine connoisseurs who don't dare to sip without first sniffing the glass, swirling it and then holding it against the light. But rather team white wine?
If you prefer a glass of white wine, you seem to be significantly more extroverted – according to the study. You celebrate the festivals as they fall and also like to go to the rocking music – and preferably all night long. Your spirit animal is clearly the night owl. You are of little interest whether the wine has been awarded a gourmet seal or not. Here the focus is on the drinking event! Accordingly, it is not surprising that white wine drinkers are less willing to spend a lot of money on a bottle. Wine from the supermarket? It's clear! On offer? Bring it on! Incidentally, according to the survey, the members of "Team White" should be perfectionist, sarcastic and curious. All right!
