Revenue for the 1 st half of 2023 up +16.2%.
In the 1st half of 2023, WINFARM recorded consolidated revenue of €71.5 million, up +16.2% compared to the 1st half of 2022 and stable at constant scope.
Over the period, the AgroSupplies activity (92% of half-year turnover), marketed under the Vital Concept brand, recorded turnover of €65.6 million, up by +18.8% (+0, 3% at constant scope). Over the period, business benefited from the contribution of Kabelis group companies, in the amount of €10.0 million, whose business has been consolidated within the Group scope since August 2022. The performance of BTN de Haas, acquired in -Bas in July 2021, also made a significant contribution to business over the period, reflecting both the relevance of the acquisitions made by WINFARM in recent years and the Group’s ability to successfully integrate them.
