Princess Kate packs aid package for Ukraine

Kate pitched in in Berkshire and put together an aid package for Ukraine. She left a message on the box.
Princess Kate (41) visited a Ukrainian community center in a shopping center in Bracknell, Berkshire this Wednesday (October 4). She thanked the volunteers and refugees who pack and send relief supplies for people in Kiev. “Thank you so much. Please keep up the great work. It’s wonderful to see the work being done here,” she said according to the British Daily Mirror.
Prince William’s wife (41) then took action herself and packed a box. Kate left a personal message on the box with a black pen. “We are all thinking of you,” she addressed the people affected by the war in Ukraine.
Kate crafts and paints with Ukrainian women and children
Kate, who arrived casually in a white shirt, gray sweater vest and gray pants for her surprise visit, also helped women and children make bows in the Ukrainian colors to be sold for charity and added her handprint a peace tree created to mark the first anniversary of the Russian invasion in February 2022.
Kate took her time, took photos with the helpers and talked to some of those affected. Talked to a young girl about music and told her about the singing of her daughter Princess Charlotte (8). “I heard my daughter singing this morning, the song is called ‘Shine Jesus Shine’, and it made me very happy this morning,” she explained, turning to the girl: “Do you know the song? I’ll do it in Ukrainian look it up.”
