Not mandatory, but recommended: Spray the inside of the mug with butter or cooking spray before you start. In a smaller mixing bowl, mix together the flour, sugar (granulated sugar), cocoa, salt, and baking powder. Then add the milk, the oil and some vanilla. Sprinkle the whole thing with chocolate shavings. Set the microwave to 1200 watts and bake for 75-90 seconds. Sometimes just 60 seconds is enough for the cake to “set” in the microwave. Attention: Even though it hasn’t been in the oven, our mug will be boiling hot. Be careful when touching.
