On April 15, Netflix will broadcast Choose or Die, a feature film mixing horror, thriller and… fantasy? In any case, this is what the trailer suggests.

If you’re feeling a little deja vu, you’re not alone.

Choose or Die : the horror of having to choose

In two weeks, lovers of horror and murder games could well find their account with the film Choose or Die. Directed by Toby Meakins (known for the award-winning short film Breathe), the film is about a broke student who, to pocket a $100,000 reward, plays an obscure game survival of the 80s. Except that, very quickly, when reality seems to be affected by the game, she will play more for her life than for the money.

Hard not to think about Jumanji, Saw, black-mirror or Stranger Things in front of this trailer that smells of retro horror. On the casting side, Lola Evans (The 100) and Asa Butterfield (The Ender’s Game) lead the dance, while we can also see Eddie Marsan (Ray Donovan).

netflix

  • The most complete on the market
  • Often excellent original series
  • Impeccable video compression

The American service is not the most popular in the world for nothing. With an offer of content enriched each week, an always optimal video quality and a very worked user experience, the platform is an essential choice for entertainment. Our only regret remains the constant increase in subscription prices, which makes the service a little less attractive than when it was launched… Fortunately, the number of series and films compensates for this increase.
