Serious incident on Sunday in the Lechtal in the Ausserfern region of Tyrol: an eleven-year-old vacationer girl was hit on the head by falling stones while hiking and was seriously injured.
According to the police, the girl from Germany was on her way to the Sulzlalm with her family. When they were walking through a rock tunnel, stones suddenly fell loose. Head injuries, some of which fell directly on the eleven-year-old’s head. The child sustained serious injuries. After the first aid, it was flown to the Innsbruck clinic with the emergency doctor helicopter.
