This is not the very famous brand of amplifiers and speakers Orange. However, we were far from thinking that his ambitions in this area were going to be even greater, which is confirmed by the launch of this O Bones.

In absolute terms, these new bone conduction headphones use the same operating principle as those already released before (especially at Shokz, which has made it its great specialty), and always with the idea of offering a listening solution that is the least insulation possible in order to maximize the perception of surrounding sounds. To achieve this, the O Bones is equipped with two 16mm drivers that promise powerful sound and “the best possible sound quality”with an advertised frequency response between 80 Hz and 5 kHz.

The O Bones from Orange communicates directly wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0 (support for SBC and AAC codecs) and promises an autonomy of 8 hours, the charging of the headphones taking place via its USB-C port. The manufacturer also specifies that its product is not compatible with the multipoint connection, but does not give any precise information on the presence of a hands-free kit to ensure calls.

The O Bones headphones from Orange are already available for €94.40. It remains to be seen how this little newcomer will succeed in imposing itself on such a specific market with competitors already well established and with a slightly more solid technical sheet.
