We all know it: We stand in front of the overcrowded wardrobe, the densely hung clothes rail next to it and still don’t know what to wear today. That’s over now, because with this trick you can automatically make every outfit look more exciting! The trick is very simple: just match your bag and your shoes!
The station wagon does it
This styling tip is all about the combination of two fashion pieces – bags and shoes. Far too often we throw random pieces of clothing together just before we have to leave the house, then stand in front of the mirror again and mumble to ourselves: “It’s okay.” Even if that is sometimes not the case. Because good styling is not just about trendy fashion pieces. We often underestimate how important it is to combine the right parts. If the bag and shoes match, the basis of the outfit is set, then not much can go wrong.
Casually styled
If shoes and bag match, even supposedly casual looks with sweatpants look exciting because it shows that you have thought about your look. Simply style a pair of neon-colored shoes and the matching bag with your sweatpants: the look is complete.

But the styling trick can do much more: It can also give elegant looks that certain something. Because if shoes and bag match, the whole outfit looks different. Another plus point: If you choose a colorful bag and shoes, the rest of the look can be kept more muted. Dinner date completely in black, only shoes and bag flashing in a uniform neon tone? That will be remembered!

For beginners
Maybe you don’t have your bag and shoes in the same color or would you rather try the trick slowly? If at least parts of shoes and bags match each other or even have the same color accents or come from one and the same color family, they provide a nice framework for your look. The outfit looks more harmonious.
