Without starvation – This is how fasting works properly

With this type of fasting, a maximum of five portions of fruit and vegetables are eaten throughout the day. Raw vegetables, soups, salads (without greasy dressing) and smoothies (without dairy products) are on the menu. Apples, berries, broccoli, pomegranates, carrots, fennel or herbs such as parsley are preferred. You shouldn’t go through this cure for more than 14 days either, as a significant lack of protein can occur. Therefore, you should always integrate movement here as well.
