WIZIBOAT (ISIN: FR00140047H7 – Mnemonic: MLWIZ), the first reference application in the short-term rental of self-service shared boats, announces its annual results for the 2021-2022 fiscal year of 12 months ended March 31, 2022.
As a reminder, given the change in the closing date to March 31, the previous financial year was a reduced financial year of 3 months (1
er
January to March 31, 2021) making the comparison irrelevant.
Turnover for the financial year amounted to €0.69 million made up of the sale of packages. It was up +69% compared to the last 12-month financial year covering the 2020 calendar year. This performance was, however, below the targeted target of €1.0 million due to the slowdown in package sales in the second part of the year in a more difficult economic context and before changes in commercial offers.
Operating expenses continued to be well controlled in this development phase, limiting the operating loss to -0.34 M€. The net result stands at -0.45 M€ including an exceptional result of -0.13 M€ related to the costs of admission to the stock market.
The company has virtually no financial debt and available cash, which stood at €0.01 million at 31 March, was reinforced by the capital increase of €0.325 million carried out last May, which enables Wiziboat to continue its development.

part of the fixed prices paid by customers are paid to the dealers in return for the provision and maintenance of the boats. This model allows them in particular to develop additional and sustainable income.

is thus present today in 27 Wizibases (compared to 21 at the end of April 2021). The number of packages marketed to customers is up, more than 800 at the end of July, compared to just over 600 for the whole of the previous financial year, with an increase in the average unit price, allowing

to aim for a turnover of €1.5 million over the financial year with a limited operating loss
To meet this growing demand, the Wizibases have increased the number of boats made available, bringing the fleet to 68 boats to date.
This promising commercial growth confirms the attractiveness of the offer in an inflationary context that is nevertheless unfavorable and which could potentially weigh on household leisure budgets.
Always attentive to the demand of its customers and on the strength of the economic experience of recent seasons,
WIZI-BOAT
will enrich its commercial offer by developing, in parallel with unlimited packages, an “exit” offer subject to payment of an entry fee. This new offer will make it possible to reach a less local and seasonal clientele and to make the fleet even more profitable.
