I breastfed for 50 weeks and dedicated my entire life to Avi. So I found it good and right. But now I'm really happy to have some space for myself. About my work. About a girls evening. About yoga. About a book. But I am happiest about sleep, which is now part of my life again! Without crap! Cheers to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep – a dream! So I am slowly returning to my old strength. Wolke Hegenbarth about breastfeeding and space for yourself

Suddenly from the role of partner and wife to the role of mother. The actress always put the needs of her child first. She breastfed Avi for a full 50 weeks. "So I thought it was good and right. But now I'm really happy to have some space for myself," writes Wolke on Instagram.
