Woman with Glass Bone Disease Has Baby Video

Trisha Taylor's bones are as fragile as glass. Nevertheless, it was always her greatest dream to become a mother one day. Despite the concerns of her doctors, she and her husband Michael Taylor now fulfilled this wish.

Trisha Taylor is only 64 cm tall and was born with osteogenesis imperfecta, also known as glass bone disease. Trisha has suffered more than 600 broken bones in her life. Nevertheless, she would like to have a child with her husband Michael Taylor, 31, but the doctors believe that Trisha's illness and size are unthinkable.

Trisha Taylor has surprised the doctors before

Shortly after Trisha's birth, her parents were informed that Trisha would not live long. But today she is 31 years old and enjoys an almost completely normal life. Fortunately, Trisha and her husband are only missing one child together. Even if the doctors advise her against it and explain that it can be life-threatening for her, she manages to astonish everyone: after two miscarriages, she has now become the mother of a healthy boy.
