At the shooting championships of the Bunedes army, some soldiers fought their way to the top. Guns and pistols were used for shooting.
The Tyrolean Military Command gathered the best rifle and pistol shooters in the Army in East Tyrol in October. When shooting with the assault rifle 77, the Buchberg Army Ammunition Plant from Salzburg was in the lead this year.
Ladies at the top
The victory went to Salzburg for both the women and the platoon leader Sylvia Papernigg and the men with Captain Angelo Breitfuß. Wachtmeister Lisa Capellari from Burgenland and Chief Staff Sergeant Daniel Heiderer from Lower Austria won the competition with the pistol.
