Easy winner of Sweden, England will play the final of their Euro on Sunday. They will face either Germany or France at Wembley.

They imitated their male counterparts, but with much more ease. A year after the men’s team made it to the final of the Men’s Euro at Wembley, it’s up to the women’s team to do so. And how ! The English crushed the Swedes this Tuesday evening in Sheffield (4-0).

France as a possible adversary

Beth Mead, the competition’s top scorer, opened the scoring in the first half. Then the English accelerated in the second act. Lucie Bronze made the break just after the break and Alessia Russo, with a sublime goal, increased the mark in the 68th minute before a final achievement by Fran Kirby (76th). The English will face the winner of the second semi-final between Germany and France on Wednesday.
