(Boursier.com) — By mail received on October 30 by the AMF, the New York firm BlackRock Inc., acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared that on October 27 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the company’s capital. Worldline and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 14,205,415 Worldline shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.02% of the capital and 4.35% of the voting rights of this company. This crossing of the threshold results from an acquisition of Worldline shares off and on the market and an increase in the number of Worldline shares held as collateral.
