Worldline WLN.PA will be excluded from the CAC40 index from December 18, 2023, according to a press release released Thursday by Euronext ENX.PA.
Conversely, the operator of the Paris Stock Exchange will include Vivendi VIV.PA as part of the quarterly review of the “CAC family” indices.
Worldline shares have lost more than 50% of their value since the start of the year and the French payment specialist lowered its financial targets for 2023 in October. It launched a cost reduction plan in the face of the deterioration of the economic situation.
