PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–Payments specialist Worldline announced on Wednesday the appointment of Grégory Lambertie as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Eric Heurtaux, who has decided to leave the company.
Grégory Lambertie, who is currently a member of Worldline’s Executive Committee in charge of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Public & Regulatory Affairs, will take up his duties as of May 16.
On the same date, Eric Heurtaux will leave the group to join a “leading unlisted technological scale-up operating in a different sector and world leader in its field”, Worldline said in a press release. “The handover between Eric and Grégory has been carefully prepared and will last until Eric’s departure,” the company added.
