Worldline: TCG Companies drops below 5% of votes


(CercleFinance.com) – The Capital Group Companies declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on April 4, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of Worldline, as a result of a sale of shares of the group of solutions payment in the market.

The American pension fund management organization said it held 16,184,575 Worldline shares representing as many voting rights, or 5.74% of the capital and 4.98% of the voting rights of this French company.
