(CercleFinance.com) – The Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on August 29, through the intermediary of Bpifrance Participations, CNP Assurances and LBP Prévoyance, which it controls, the threshold 10% of Worldline’s voting rights.
After this threshold crossing, which results from the restitution of Worldline shares held as collateral by CNP Assurances, the CDC indirectly holds 7.04% of the capital and 9.92% of the voting rights of the payment solutions group.
