“The Flash” director Andy Muschietti shared a picture showing Batman’s suit covered in drops of blood. What is that supposed to mean?

In April it was announced that Michael Keaton (69) would slip back into the role of Batman for the film “The Flash”. Director Andy Muschietti (47) leaves some fans with worries about the upcoming release. He shared a picture on Instagramwhich apparently shows the logo on Keaton’s Batman suit. This is apparently partially covered with drops of blood.

Whether it’s Batman’s blood or maybe that of an adversary, Muschietti has not yet wanted to resolve. But it could well be that the photo is meant to suggest that the superhero could be seriously injured in the upcoming film, due to be released in late 2022.

That is how far the shooting has progressed

Meanwhile, Barbara Muschietti (49), the director’s sister, has happy news for the fans. She explained on Instagramthat by now around a quarter of the film is in the box. Filming began in April. Ezra Miller (28) takes on the main role, in addition to Keaton, Ben Affleck (48) is expected to be seen as a Batman from another dimension. Keaton last played the role of superhero in “Batman Returns” from 1992.
