In a PlayStation spot dedicated to the PS5, Sony has inserted some sequences that are reminiscent of Uncharted. Is this a teaser? Will the rest of the saga be with Cassie Drake?

This Monday, January 30, 2023, Sony broadcast a spot dedicated to its PS5 to celebrate the end of the shortage, but also to tease the licenses to wait for the sequel. We see the cult exclusives of the console whose suites or DLC are to be expected soon. Each is perfectly recognizable: Spiderman, Horizon, god of war, Ratchet & Clanketc.
Among the sequences presented, we see a young woman in a cave, a flaming torch in her hands. She then blows on a mysterious box, which appears to be a valuable ancient artifact. We know that a new game tomb Raider is in preparation at Square Enix, but this spot being dedicated more to Sony and its exclusives, there is little chance that it will be Lara Croft. It was therefore enough for the fans wonder if this would not be a discreet teaser for Uncharted 5.
Cassie Drake in Uncharted 5 ?
The style of this sequence is in all respects reminiscent of Uncharted : the torch, the cave, the explorer’s clothes, the old artifact. That’s not all. A Thief’s End ended by introducing us to Nathan and Elena’s daughter: Cassie. However, the explorer of the sequence seems relatively young. Could it be Cassie Drake, in its infancy, taking over? This would simply mean that the sequel to the saga is no longer overseen by Naughty Dog, who created and fully piloted it since 2007.
