WoW: Blizzard announces the upcoming and permanent activation of the Mage Tower!

In line with the new measures taken to “better listen to the gaming community”, Blizzard recently published a statement in which the developers of World of Warcraft: Shadowlands unveil the arrival of a widely requested feature: the permanent availability of the Mage Tower.

The Tower of the Magi is permanently active

Contrary to the initial mode of operation of the Tower of the Magi, this one will therefore finally be permanently active from Wednesday, March 30, 2022 on the European kingdoms. Understand that regardless of whether Legion Timewalking is active or not regardless of the current time or day, you will be able to enter the Broken Shore Mage Tower.

As a reminder, this feature allows players looking for solo challenges to tackle a total of 7 unique challenges on the basis of a specialization share. These challenges, which are often extremely complex and require many attempts before being completed, allow you to obtain a new exclusive tint of the Tier 20 set of the Tomb of Sargeras from the Legion expansion, in Mythic Mode of course.

Here is an overview of how each one looks:

All Druids completing any of the other challenges available to them are also rewarded with an exclusive Bear Form: the Fel Werebear, an alternate form to the one originally available in the first version of the Mage Tower. !

On top of that, players who successfully complete each of the 7 unique challenges available get a brand new mount: the Mage-Bound Grimoire below as well as the tour de force The tour of the towers :

World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft

Finally, and not least, collectors of achievements and other madmen in search of ever greater challenges have the possibility of tackling each of the 36 challenges available, one per specialization therefore. If they succeed, then they get the tremendous feat tour de force and… Even if it may seem trivial, it is very far from it. Very very far indeed!

After nearly a week of deployment, the Mage Tower continues to fuel heated debate among the World of Warcraft: Shadowlands community. Let’s go back point by point to a phenomenon as expected as it is disappointing, for some at least!
