WoW Classic: Wrath of the Lich King release date has been made official

After a leak a few days ago, World of Warcraft Wrath of the Lich King Classic finally has a release date.

After months of silence, everything accelerated around Wrath of the Lich King Classic in a few days. As a leak began to make noise within the World of Warcraft Classic community, Blizzard finally confirmed that the release date of the future extension is none other than September 27 at midnight.

Revealed alongside Dragonflight, the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion currently in alpha, Wrath of the Lich King will allow players to rediscover the frozen lands of Northrend. To prepare for the expansion, Blizzard is giving away an experience bonus called “Happy Travels.” This 50% experience bonus will allow Burning Crusade Classic players to catch up for the next expansion.
