WTI: clear break of supports located at $80.7 then $78.5


(CercleFinance.com) – WTI oil validated in 24 hours the double break of the supports located at $80.7 then at $78.5 (from August 23) and registered – with a test of $75.5 – its worst level since July 20.
The WTI is embarked on a price slide towards $74, a small support dating back to July 17 (which coincides with -21% on its peak of $94), then $73, the long-term pivot threshold and main oblique support medium-long term from the ‘low points’ recorded at $22.6 on 04/24/2020 then $67 on June 12, 2023.
