Wustentre 3 in 1 wireless charger test: here is a reliable charger for all your Pixel devices

Until now, I charged my Google Pixel 8 Pro smartphone on an old Pixel charger, my Pixel Watch 2 on its official charger, and my Pixel Buds Pro earphones using a USB cable. Everything worked, but it wasn’t really neat or efficient. I had cables on my desk that were using up valuable USB ports and taking up unnecessary space.

I’ve been looking for a charger that could replace everything, but I haven’t had any luck. The stands I found were either poorly suited to the original Pixel Watch, didn’t offer a separate wireless option for my headphones, or required multiple cables (which defeated one of my original goals).

The three takeaways from the Wustentre wireless charger

  • The Wustentre wireless charger is sold at a price of €40.
  • Charge all your Pixel devices in one place, and it’s convenient.
  • It’s not the fastest charger on the planet, but it gets the job done.

After a long search, I finally found the Phelinta brand 3 in 1 charger (and available under the Wustentre brand on Amazon.fr) and bought it! This charger can work with devices such as Pixel Watch 2, Fitbit Versa 4 or 3, Sense 2, Google Pixel 8/7/6/5/4 (standard and Pro models), Pixel Buds Pro, iPhones, and AirPods. Note that the stand is NOT compatible with Pixel Watch 1, Fitbit Versa 2, Charge 5 and other devices not listed above.

With just one USB-C cable, you can charge three devices at once. The only downside is that it doesn’t charge quickly. This is a 9-volt charger, so don’t expect it to fully charge your phone at lightning speed.

But for those who want to have a single charging station for supported devices, this is a convenient option. Best of all, it won’t cost you a fortune.

My experience with the Wustentre wireless charger

This little charger is nothing extraordinary. You plug it in, place your Pixel devices on top, and let them charge. It’s pretty basic. The good thing is that it does exactly what you expect it to do: charge devices… and it does it very well.

Place your smartphone in its place and it will immediately start charging. The same goes for your watch and headphones. Charged. And it’s done.

Although basic, I really appreciate the simplicity and stripped-down design. This little support doesn’t get in the way. It simply does the job.

However, I encountered a small problem. I purchased two of these chargers, one for me and one for my wife. While I had no issues with mine, my wife found that when she placed her smartphone on the charger, it indicated that the charge time to full capacity was quite long (over 8 hours).

She tends to reduce her phone’s charge to around 40-50% (because she uses it often and is away from home a lot). As for me, it’s rare for my phone to reach less than 60% charge. To work around the issue I had with my wife’s smartphone, I turned off adaptive charging on her phone and the stand was able to fully charge it in a reasonable amount of time. My smartphone didn’t have this problem, even with adaptive charging enabled. Weird.

Note: I advise you not to turn off the adaptive charging feature, as it extends the life of your battery. If you go with this mount, make sure you find the right time to place your phone on it to get the right amount of charge.

I’ve found that charging from around 60% to 100% never crashes while I sleep: I always wake up with a fully charged device. Of course, since I use my watch to track my sleep, this device is charged once I have eaten breakfast.

Other than that caveat, we had no issues with this simple-to-use and tidy little charging stand.
