The construction site for the Paris 2024 Olympic Village is in full swing. The choice this year of Xavier Huillard to present his wishes to the press on the site of Universeine was for the CEO of Vinci quite a symbol. Because the transformation of this industrial wasteland located in the municipality of Saint-Denis, and largely provided by the Vinci Immobilier subsidiary of the construction and highways giant, is a strong example of large-scale urban recycling.
