Xbox: A showcase would be scheduled for January 25 according to Windows Central

The noticeable absence of Microsoft during the Game Awards will have caused a lot of ink to flow, in particular because the manufacturer’s year 2022 will not have been its most memorable. The next few months should be much busier for owners of Xbox consoles, if only with red fall and Starfield. But many are still waiting for Phil Spencer and his teams to take the floor to better present the line-up to us, in particular with a showcase which is the subject of more and more insistent rumors.

Starfield still absent?

Jez Corden is not the last when it comes to fueling the rumor of an upcoming showcase for Xbox, but the journalist from Windows Central today gets a bit more wet by revealing other supposed details.

In an article published today, Corden argues that Microsoft’s next showcase could be called Xbox Developer_Direct and would feature games from Xbox Games Studios, including those from Bethesda (nothing surprising here). However, Starfield could still not be presentin order to reserve for another highlight a little later.

According to the journalist, this conference would take place on January 25 at 9 p.m.. While we shouldn’t expect this event to be on the scale of an E3 conference, we would still see expected titles like red fall and Forza Motorsportor Minecraft Legends.

All this remains to be confirmed, but Aaron Greenberg hinted an announcement could be coming as soon as this week. If Jez Corden’s information is true, it should be confirmed in the coming days.
