After an Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase packed with games, Microsoft has chosen to focus its communication on the Cloud Gaming. And the service is improving again!

The future of the Xbox ecosystem should be done primarily in the cloud. Indeed, the American manufacturer gives access to more than 100 games from its Game Pass from smartphones, touch tablets and other computers. Recent Samsung televisions will also receive their application at the end of the month. All this without ever having to go through a console. The success is probably there, since Microsoft announces yet another novelty within its service.

PC gamers in the crosshairs

Thus, the firm led by Phil Spencer is preparing to add support for keyboards and mice for its Xbox Cloud Gaming games. This possibility will be available to players who access the service via a PC. Remember that these peripherals already work very well on Xbox consoles. Microsoft’s streaming team broke the news to developers this week.

Even better, a major latency reduction on Xbox Cloud Gaming is also expected in the near future. This exploit is made possible through an API called Display Details. The latter should save up to 72 ms of overall latency. What drastically improve the playing conditions.
