After the Brazilian regulator decided that Sony can remain competitive without Call of Duty, it is now also known how much revenue Microsoft will earn from Game Pass.
With more than 25 million users, almost 18 percent of the Xbox company’s total revenue can be attributed to Game Pass, as TweakTown reports.
In 2021, Microsoft is said to have generated almost $16.2 billion from Xbox games, while the consoles are said to have brought in $2.9 billion in the same year.

Sony fears a possible Xbox exclusive of the Call of Duty series is a strong selling point for Xbox Series X/S. A similar forecast is also expressed by an analyst and if this is correct, then the console income at Microsoft would increase again significantly.
According to Microsoft, however, it is not currently planning to offer Call of Duty exclusively for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. Even beyond existing contracts, the shooter series should continue to appear for PlayStation.
