The Xbox Series X/S should not be more expensive. Some time ago, Sony announced price increases for PS5, but that’s out of the question for Microsoft.
During an interview at the Tokyo Game Show, Xbox CEO Phil Spencer announced that there are no plans to increase prices for Xbox consoles.
Although Spencer excludes a price increase temporarily, but not permanently, because even Nintendo is making savings, even if only on the packaging.
Should prices eventually go up, you can save by resorting to free games available for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
