Regularly, Microsoft updates the firmware of its Xbox to improve user experience. Last February, the manufacturer added a lot of very practical features, but it is now the April 2024 update which is deployed, with new features for Xbox as well as on PC.
This time, Microsoft add them hubs games for computer gamers and introduced navigation options to the app Xbox for PC. Consoles are not forgotten, with an improvement for the application Discord. Here’s what the update offers Xbox from April 2024:

Gaming Hubs are now available to all PC gamers
Back in February, we announced that our team had begun rolling out gaming hubs so PC gamers could be even more connected to their favorite games.
Today, we’re excited to announce that all PC gamers can now enjoy Gaming Hubs in the Xbox app on PC. Navigate to any game in your library or sidebar to track your progress, discover the latest content and add-ons, connect and compete with your friends, and get the latest developer news.
With the official rollout of Game Hubs to all players on the Xbox app, we’re also bringing back a fan-favorite feature: Game Screenshots. Any game clips or screenshots you You made using the Game Bar for a specific game will now be displayed in the corresponding Game Hub and stored locally on your PC. You can browse your captures in the app, copy them to the clipboard for easy sharing, or quickly navigate to the file location.
We’re just getting started with Game Hubs and can’t wait to share new improvements with future updates.

If you use Discord Voice on your console, you will now be able to hear audio from other members of the channel or call. If you don’t want to hear these sounds, a button to turn off sound panel audio is available in the Discord Voice options: Open the guide and go to Options > Mute sound.
Do you save your favorite gaming moments as game captures? If you use OneDrive to save your gameplay captures and clips, you will now receive a notification on your console when you upload a gameplay capture, letting you know that you are running out of space.
We’ve also added a new control to your consoles so you can prevent users of your device from installing or uninstalling games and apps. You can enable access restrictions using a “guest code” and disable these new controls when installing or uninstalling a game or app. Your guest will then be prompted to enter the “guest code” to complete the activity. To view and adjust the new options, go to Settings > System > Access Restrictions.
