The Xélor benefits from some balancing with Dofus update 2.70, mainly on its Earth path. Between reduced damage and change in AP costs, it nevertheless remains viable.
Dofus 2.70: Balancing Xelor
For this patch, we will mainly note an improvement in Conservation, Disruption and Desiccation. The latter, in particular, now benefits from a 4-square rebound, making it very interesting in PvM. The majority of the balancing, however, will affect the Earth path with a fairly impactful adjustment to damage values, including on Dark Ray.
Changes to Xelor spells
You will be able to find a new operation for Conservation (only utility spell with changes from the update). Allies reduce damage taken on the first turn before their final damage taken on the next. For enemies, it works the opposite way, with a drop in damage in the first turn. The effects are now sensitive enough to disrupt full rush turns under boost, but it is difficult to see the spell against Blur, remaining very powerful.
