Xiaomi 12 Ultra expected with high-end camera
The Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro are good smartphones, but the Chinese company had already climbed the camera throne at DxOMark with the Mi 11 Ultra and could do it again with the upcoming Xiaomi 12 Ultra. Now a picture of the back has surfaced, confirming the speculation of the last few months. The camera on the back will be very extensive:
The back of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra has a total of eight openings. The main camera or the telephoto lens should be in the middle. There are also other sensors such as for the super wide angle, LED flash and probably various sensors such as a laser for distance measurement. Xiaomi is really serious about the next top smartphone and wants to play at the top again. For example, a 120x zoom is expected. Samsung currently only manages a 100x zoom, the quality of which is also questionable. Maybe Xiaomi can get more out of it.
Actually, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra should have been presented a long time ago, but the company is probably waiting for the new processor from Qualcomm. Of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus has slightly more power, which Xiaomi probably wants to use for image processing. It would also be one of the first smartphones with the upgraded chip.

Xiaomi is expected to release the 12 Ultra presented in June 2022. At the same time, a new folding cell phone is to be shown, which is said to be particularly light and thin.
