At the end of September, the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro had pointed the tip of their nose through a 3C certification, in which a 120 W fast charge had appeared. This time, it’s the turn of the leaker Yogesh Brar to add a layer via a Twitter message listing all the technical characteristics of the Pro version.
As a reminder, the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro were made official at the end of December 2021. If the commercial calendar of the Chinese brand has not changed from one year to another, the release of their successors should logically take place during the month. of December 2022. By then, the indiscretions should multiply.
Solid on paper
The Xiaomi 13 Pro, therefore, could share several technical elements with its predecessor. In the idea, there would still be a 6.7-inch OLED screen with WQHD + definition, a 32-megapixel front camera, a 120 W charge, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a telephoto lens. 50 megapixel x2.

Some notable improvements should also join the party. More generally, the 1-inch sensors are of increasingly common on the market, after the Sony Xperia Pro-I, Sharp Aquos R6, Sharp Aquos R7 and Leica Leitz Phone 1.

The other novelties would focus on the processor – a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 –, the MIUI 14 software interface or even a 4800 mAh battery against 4600 mAh on the previous generation. It will also be necessary to count on the partnership with Leica, a photo specialist.
This agreement should lead to new dedicated filters, work on colorimetry as well as anti-reflective coatings on the lenses, as was the case on the Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
The Xiaomi sub-brand presented in China the Redmi Note 12 Pro and 12 Pro Plus as well as a surprise model with 210 W charging.
