The Xiaomi 13 will be presented by Xiaomi shortly – at least in China. In advance, company boss Lei Jun has now published a series of photos on Weibo that were taken with the Xiaomi 13 Pro and offer a foretaste of the camera quality.

They show a high level of detail and richness of colour, even in motion. The full camera equipment of the Xiaomi 13 Pro is not yet known. In the descriptions, Jun speaks, roughly translated, of a “floating Leica 75mm telephoto lens” and a 1-inch main camera with a Sony IMX989 sensor, which was also used in the Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
As with the Xiaomi 12S, the camera and software were developed in cooperation with Leica. We don’t have to wait much longer until we know more. Because Xiaomi will present the smartphone on December 1st at 7:00 p.m. in front of the home audience.
