- According to YouTuber Sahil Karoul, the Xiaomi 13 will be released on December 1st, but only in China.
- The tweet also shows renders of the smartphone with blue and brown backs.
Over the past few months, we’ve been getting more and more signs of a Xiaomi 13 release. According to insider information, internal test procedures are already underway in Asian countries and the 3C and BIS approval authorities have also received information about the Chinese manufacturer’s new smartphone.
The YouTuber Sahil Karoul now dates the release date of the new smartphone to December 1st in China. This would also make it one of the first devices to run on the new Snapdragon processor. In addition to render images of the smartphone with a blue and brown back, a comment from the YouTuber himself under his own tweet is particularly interesting.
It is still up for debate whether Xiaomi will actually equip the smartphone with the number 13. It may also be that the cell phone will be launched with the number 14 instead.
If Sahil Karoul is right, the smartphone will appear in a few days. What that means for fans outside of China is still unclear. If Xiaomi stays true to its previous release strategy, at least for the rest of the world, we’ll have to wait until spring.
